Regulations under the Cemeteries Ordinance 1933-1942.*

1.   Regulation 6 of the Canberra Public Cemetery Regulations is „

" (1.) A fee or charge prescribed in the Third Schedule in respect of a service or other matter specified in that Schedule shall be payable in respect of that service or matter.".

2. Regulation 17 of the Canberra Public Cemetery Regulations i-s Ing ection of

(a) by omitting from sub-regulation (1.) the words , or place

any inscription thereon,"; and

4. Regulation 28 of the Canberra Public Cemetery Regulations is repealed and the following regulation inserted in its stead :—

" 28. A person shall not. without the consent of the Trustees—

(b) cover a grave in the I emetery with tiles, cement, chips or

any other covering;

(c) place a vessel or container on a grave in the Cemetery; or
(rf) place an inscription on a monument, tablet, gravestone, vault,

kerbing, railing or other structure in the Cemetery.".

Third Schedule. 5. The Third Schedule to the Canberra Public Cemetery Eegulations

is repealed and the following Schedule inserted in its stead:—
