, hereby make the following Regulations under the Cemeteries	Ordinance
Dated this twenty-fifth day of June, 1971.

A M E N D M E N T S OF THE CANBERRA PUBLIC CEMETERY REGULATIONS!

1 . The Third Schedule to the Canberra Public Cemetery Regulations is

amended by omitting item 4 and inserting in its stead the following i tem:—

" 4. Burial, in a grave excavated to a depth not exceeding

five feet, of—

(a) a person of four years of age or more o n —

(i) a Sunday or holiday . . . . . . . . 65.00

(ii) a Saturday . . . . . . . . 50.00

(iii) any other day . . . . . . . . 40.00

{b) a child under four years of age (including a still-born

child) o n —

(i) a Sunday or holiday . . . . . . . . 40.00

(ii) a Saturday . . . . . . . . 30.00

(iii) any other day . . . . . . . . 2 5 . 0 0 " .

2 . The Third Schedule to the Canberra Public Cemetery Regulations is

amended by omitting item 13 and inserting in its stead the following i tem: —

" 13. Supplying, inscribing and fixing a tablet in a lawn burial
