Amendments of the Canberra Public Cemetery Regulations (ACT)

Regulations under the Cemeteries Ordinance 1933-1966.*
I, GORDON MUNRO BRYANT, Minister of State for the Capital Territory, hereby make the following Regulations under the Cemeteries Ordinance 1933-1966.

AMENDMENTS OF THE CANBERRA PUBLIC CEMETERY REGULATIONS!
1. Regulation 24 of the Canberra Public Cemetery Regulations is amended—
(a)
by omitting from sub-section (1) the words "three feet six inches" and substituting the figure and word "1 metre"; and
(b)
by omitting from sub-section (4) the words "six inches" and substitu ting the figures and word "150 millimetres".
2 . The Third Schedule to the Canberra Public Cemetery Regulations is
amended—
(a)
by omitting from item 4 the words "five feet" and substituting the figures and word "1.50 metres"; and
(b)
by omitting from item 5 the words "six feet" and "five feet" and substituting the figures and words "1.80 metres" and "1.50 metres" respectively.
