Regulations under the Cemeteries Ordinance 1933-1966. *

I, G O R D O N M U N R O B R Y A N T , the Minister of State for the Capital Territory,
hereby make the following Regulations under the Cemeteries Ordinance 1933-1966.

A M E N D M E N T S OF THE CANBERRA PUBLIC CEMETERY REGULATic-Nsf

1 . Regulation 26 of the Canberra Public Cemetery Regulations is amended

by inserting after sub-regulation (1) the following sub-regulation:—

" (1A) A person shall not, in a lawn burial area, erect a tablet on which are

inscribed more than 91 characters.".

2 . The Third Schedule to the Canberra Public Cemetery Regulations is

amended by omitting item 13 and substituting the following i tem:—

" 13. Supplying, inscribing and fixing a tablet in a lawn burial area . . 22.00 ".
