I, DOUGLAS NIXON EVERINGHAM, Minister of State for Health, hereby make the following Regulations under the Canberra Hospitals Ordinance 1938-1973.

AMENDMENTS OF THE CANBERRA HOSPITALS (CHARGES) REGULATIONS!

1. Regulation 6 of the Canberra Hospitals (Charges) Regulations is

amended—

(a)	by omitting from paragraph (a) of sub-section (1) the words "Fifteen dollars" and substituting the symbol and figures " $22.50"; and
(b)	by omitting from paragraph (b) of sub-section (1) the words " Twenty-six dollars thirty cents " and substituting the symbol and figures " $39.00 ".

2 . Regulation 11 of the Canberra Hospitals (Charges) Regulations is amended

by omitting from paragraph (a) of sub-section (2) the words "Thirty dollars"

and substituting the symbol and figures " $50.00 ".
