hereby make the following Regulations under the Canberra Hospitals	Ordinance
1938-1973.

A M E N D M E N T S OF THE CANBERRA HOSPITALS (CHARGES) REGULATIONS!

1. Regulation 6 of the Canberra Hospitals (Charges) Regulations is

amended—

(a)	by omitting from paragraph (1) (a) the symbol and figures " $22.50 " and substituting the symbol and figures " $30.00 "; and
(b)	by omitting from paragraph (1) (b) the symbol and figures " $39.00 " and substituting the symbol and figures " $52 .00" .

2. Regulation 11 of the Canberra Hospitals (Charges) Regulations is amended by omitting from paragraph (2 ) (a) the symbol and figures " $ 5 0 . 0 0 " and substituting the symbol and figures " $70.00 ".

3 . ( 1 ) The rates of charges prescribed by sub-regulations 6 ( 1 ) and 11 (2 ) of the Canberra Hospitals (Charges) Regulations as in force immediately before the commencement of these Regulations continue to apply to and in relation to treatment provided for an in-patient up to and including 28 February 1975.

(2 ) The rates of charges prescribed by sub-regulations 6 (1 ) and 11 (2 ) of the Canberra Hospitals (Charges) Regulations as amended by these Regulations apply to and in relation to treatment provided for an in-patient on and after 1 March 1975.
