R E G U L A T I O N S t

1. Regulation 1 of the Canberra Communi ty Hospital (Charges) Regulations

is amended by omitt ing the words " Communi ty Hospital " and substituting the

word " Hospitals " .

2. Regulation 5 of the Canber ra C o m m u n i t y Hospital (Charges) Regulat ions

is amended by omit t ing the words " of the Hospital as general w a r d s " and sub­

stituting the words " of a hospital as s tandard wards ".

3 . Regula t ion 6 of the Canber ra Communi ty Hospi ta l (Charges) Regulations

is amended—

(a)	by omitting from paragraph (a) of sub-regulation (1) the word " general " and substituting the word " s tandard " ; and
(b)	by omitting from sub-regulation (2) the words " or of ambulance facilities ".

4. Regulat ion 11 of the Canber ra Communi ty Hospital (Charges) Regula­

tions is amended by omit t ing sub-regulations (5), (6) and (7).

5. Regulat ions 12 and 13 of the Canberra Communi ty Hospital (Charges)

Regulations are repealed and the following regulation is subst i tuted:—

" 12. <1) T h e charge for lodging provided by the Board at the after-care

annex is Five dollars per week.

" (2) T h e charge for accommodat ion provided by the Board a t the

intellectually handicapped children's annex is T e n dollars fifty cents per week.".

6. T h e Canber ra Communi ty Hospi ta l (Charges) Regulations are amended as

set out in the Schedule.
