A M E N D M E N T S O F T H E C A N B E R R A C O M M U N I T Y H O S P I T A L B Y - L A W S !

1. By-law 1 in Par t I of the Canber ra Communi ty Hospital By-laws is amended by omitt ing the words " Communi ty H o s p i t a l " and substituting the word " Hospitals ".

2 . The Canber ra Communi ty Hospital By-laws are amended by inserting

after By-law 3 in Part I the following by-law:—

" 3 A . ( 1 ) These by-laws apply to and in relation to the Canberra Hospital

and references in these by-laws to the Hospital or to the Canber ra Communi ty

Hospital shall each be read as a reference to the Canber ra Hospital .

(2 ) Parts III to VI (inclusive) of these by-laws also apply to and in relation
to the Woden Valley Hospital and references in those parts to the Hospital or

to the Canber ra Communi ty Hospital shall each be read as a reference to the

W o d e n Valley Hospital ." .
