Regulation under the Building Ordinance 1964-1970.*

A M E N D M E N T S OF THE CANBERRA BUILDING R E G U L A T I O N S !

Regulation 71 of the Canberra Building Regulations is amended—

(a)

by omitting from sub-regulation (2.) the words "Five pounds for the first offence, and Ten pounds for any subsequent offence," and inserting in their stead the words " Two hundred dollars "; and

(b)

by omitting from that sub-regulation the words "Ten shillings per day " and inserting in their stead the words " Ten dollars per day ".
