tions under the said Ordinance.

AMENDMENTS OF THE CANBERRA AND JERVIS BAY ELECTRIC SUPPLY

REGULATIONS.

Eegulation 6A of the Canberra and Jervis Bay Electric Supply charges for

Eegulations is amended— commercial.

(a) by inserting after sub-regulation (6A. J the following sub- p"ctiir™and"

" ( 6 B . ) The charges for the supply to any broadcasting

station of all electricity recorded by any reading, made after the first day of January , One thousand nine hundred and thirty-nine, of the meters or meters used for the purpose of ascertaining the quantity of electricity sup- plied to the station shall be at the rate of l£d. per unit for all units consumed irrespective of the purpose for which the electricity was used."; and

» (b) by inserting in the definition of " commercial premises" in
Authorised by the ACT Parliamentary Counsel—also accessible at
sub-regulation (9.) , after the word " c h u r c h " , the words
, " broadcasting station ".
