Regulations under the Business Names Ordinance 1963.*

I, JOHN WINSTON HOWARD, the Minister of State for Business and Con­ sumer Affairs, acting for and on behalf of the Attorney-General, hereby make the following Regulations under the Business Names Ordinance 1963.

AMENDMENTS OF THE BUSINESS NAMES REGULATIONS!

1. These Regulations shall come into operation on 1 November 1976.

2 . Regulation 6 of the Business Names Regulations is repealed.

3 . The Third Schedule to the Business Names Regulations is repealed.
