Regulations under the Business Names Ordinance 1963.*

I, W A L L A C E C L Y D E F I F E , the Minister of State for Business and	Consumer
Affairs, hereby make the following Regulations under the Business	Names
Ordinance	1963.

A M E N D M E N T S O F T H E B U S I N E S S N A M E S R E G U L A T I O N S T

1 . F o r m 1 in the Second Schedule to the Business Names Regulat ions is

amended by omitt ing the words—

" t l f any applicant is under the age of twenty-one y e a r s ' '

and substituting the words—

" t l f any individual is under the age of 18 y e a r s " .

2 . F o r m 3 in the Second Schedule to the Business Names Regulat ions is

amended by omitt ing the words—

" t l f any individual is under the age of twenty-one years "

and substituting the words—

" t l f any individual is under the age of 18 y e a r s " .
