AMENDMENTS OF THE BUILDINGS (DESIGN AND SITING) REGULATIONSt

Regulation 2 of the Buildings (Design and Siting) Regulations is amended by omitting the words " ten chains " (wherever occurring) and substituting the figures and word " 200 metres ".
