Regulations under the Associations Incorporation Ordinance

sumer Affairs, hereby make the following Regulations under the Associations

Incorporation Ordinance 1953.

A M E N D M E N T S O F T H E ASSOCIATIONS INCORPORATION R E G U L A T I O N S !

1 . These Regulations shall come into operat ion on 1 August 1977.

2 . Regulation 2 of the Associations Incorporat ion Regulations is amended

by omitting from sub-regulation (2 ) the word " First ".

3. Regulation 7 of the Associations Incorporation Regulations is amended—

(a) by omitting from sub-regulation (1) all words after " a s s o c i a t i o n " ;

and

(b) by omitting sub-regulation ( 2 ) .

4 . Regulation 8 of the Associations Incorporat ion Regulations is repealed.

5 . The words " T H E S C H E D U L E S " immediately before the First Schedule

to the Associations Incorporat ion Regulations are omitted.

6 . The First Schedule to the Associations Incorporat ion Regulations is

amended by omitting from the heading the word " F I R S T ".

7 . The Second Schedule to the Associations Incorporat ion Regulations is

repealed.
