make the following Regulations under the Canberra University College Ordinance 1929-1932.

AMENDMENTS OF THE CANBERRA UNIVERSITY
COLLEGE REGULATIONS.
1. After regulation 1 of the Canberra University College Regula- tions, the following regulation is inserted:—
"1A. The powers of the University College shall include, and shall payments to be deemed to have included, a power to pay to the University of Melbourne °n Melbourne such fees as that University properly requires in respect respect of

2. Regulation 2 of the Canberra University College Regulations is amended by omitting the words " Federal Capital Commission " and inserting in their stead the word " Minister ".
| 3.—(1.) After regulation 2 of the Canberra University College Regulations the following regulation is inserted:— | authority. |

shall, unless exempted in accordance with the next succeeding sub- regulation, within one month after entering for lectures in any year become a member of the Canberra University College Students' Association for that year.
"(2.) The Council may exempt any student from the requirements of the last preceding sub-regulation for such period, and on such terms and conditions (if any) as it thinks fit.".
