AMENDMENTS OF CANBERRA PUBLIC CEMETERY REGULATIONS.

amended by adding at the end thereof the following sub-regulation :—• righto of barM- 1. Regulation 15 of the Canberra Public Cemetery Regulations is Exclusive

" (7.) The Trustees may in their discretion accept the surrender of any exclusive right of burial, and may refund to the holder so surrendering his right a sum equal to three-fourths of the fee paid in respect thereof.".

2. The Third Schedule to the Canberra Public Cemetery Regulations Amendment

( a ) by inserting after item 7 the following item:—

" 7A. Transfer of Certificate of exclu-

sive right of burial . . 0 2 6 " ; and
Authorised by the ACT Parliamentary Counsel—also accessible at

(£>) by inserting in item 11, after the word " s l a b " , the words " , including any kerbing if it is to be erected simultaneously ".
