Ordinance under the Seat of Government (Administration) Act 1910.

An Ordinance to amend the Amendments Incorporation Ordinance 1929

Short title

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Amendments Incorporation

(Amendment) Ordinance 1980.1

Commencement

2. This Ordinance shall be deemed to have come into operation on 1 July

1980.

Incorporation of amendments in reprint of Ordinance or regulations

3. Section 2 of the Amendments Incorporation Ordinance 1929 2 is

amended by omitting sub-section (2) and substituting the following

sub-section:

"(2) In a reprint of an Ordinance or of regulations as so amended,
reference shall be made in the margin, a footnote or an endnote to the
Ordinance or regulations, as the case may be, by which each amendment was
