AMENDMENTS INCORPORATION.

No. 82 of 1966.

AN ACT to amend the Amendments Incorporation

Act, 1938-1962.

[Assented to 12th December, 1966.]

BE it enacted by the Queen's Most ExcellentMajesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

Short title

and citation.	1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Amendments Incorporation Act Amendment Act, 1966.
(2) In this Act the Amendments Incorporation Act, 1938-1962 is referred to as the principal Act.
(3) The principal Act as amended by this Act may be cited as the Amendments Incorporation Act, 1938-1966.

2. Section four of the principal Act is amended amended.

by adding after paragraph (g) thereof a paragraph

as follows

(h) Words of enactment, whether in the form "Be it enacted by His Excellency the Governor of Western Australia and its Dependencies, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof, that" or in the form "Be it enacted by the King's (or Queen's) Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows" or in any other form to the like effect may be omitted or the words "Be it enacted" may be substituted therefor.
