Regulations under the Public Baths Ordinance.

T A R T H U R .BLAKELEY, Minister of State for Home Affairs, in

-*-, pursuance of the powers conferred by the Public Baths Ordinance ' .1931, hereby make the following regulations to come into operation forthwith.

Regulation ten of the Public Baths Regulations • is amended by

omitting the proviso to sub-regulation (1) thereto and inserting the

following sub-regulations:—

" . (1) (.a) The holder of a season ticket and any or all of the two adults and the children nnder fifteen years with respect to whom a family ticket is issued shall be entitled on presenting the ticket at the public balhs for'"which the ticket is issued to admission thereto at all hours during which such baths are open for admission to the public

during, the .season for which the ticket is issued. .

Authorised by the ACT Parliamentary Counsel—also accessible at

, (1) (b) Tor the purposes of this Regulation a season shall be deemed to be the period commencing on the first day of November in any year or such earlier date as the Minister shall determine and ending on the'.thirty-first day of March in the following year or such subse- quent day as the Minister shall determine."
