I, SUSSAN LEY, Minister for the Environment under section 184(a) and 184(c) of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 (Cth), amend the list referred to in section 178 of that Act by:

Including in the list in the Critically Endangered category:

Including in the list in the Endangered category:

Crinia sloanei

Transferring in the list from the Endangered category to the Critically Endangered category:

Litoria castanea

Geocrinia alba

Philoria frosti

Transferring in the list from the Endangered category to the Vulnerable category:
