I, GREG HUNT, Minister for the Environment under section 184(1) of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 (Cth), amend the list referred to in section 178 of that Act by:

Inserting in the list in the critically endangered category:

Inserting in the list in the endangered category:

Atrichornis rufescens

Phaethon lepturus fulvus

Inserting in the list in the vulnerable category:

Amytornis merrotsyi merrotsyi

Amytornis textilis myall

Amytornis woodwardi

Thinornis rubricollis rubricollis

Transferring from the endangered to the critically endangered category of the list:

Lichenostomus melanops cassidix

Transferring from the vulnerable category to the endangered category of the list:

Deleting from the extinct category of the list:
