Amendment to the list of threatened species under section 178 of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 (86)

I, PETER ROBERT GARRETT, Minister for the Environment, Heritage and the Arts, pursuant to section 184(1) of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999, hereby amend the list referred to in section 178(1) of that Act by:

updating the scientific name:

• Drakonorchis barbarella to Caladenia barbarella

deleting from the list in the vulnerable category:

• Caladenia barbarella
• Pultenaea trichophylla

including in the list in the endangered category:

• Caladenia barbarella

• Pultenaea trichophylla

including in the list in the critically endangered category:

• Hybanthus cymulosus

• Banksia fuscobractea

• Gastrolobium luteifolium

• Guichenotia seorsiflora

• Eremophila rostrata

• Eremophila sp. Koobabbie (R.J.Chinnock 9540)
