Amendment to the list of threatened species under section 178 of the
Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 (Cth) (156)

I, GEOFF RICHARDSON, delegate for the Minister for the Environment, pursuant to section 184(1)(d) of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 (Cth), hereby amend the list referred to in section 178 of that Act by updating the name of the listed threatened species:

• Acriopsis javanica to Acriopsis emarginata

• Crocidura attenuata trichura Christmas Island Shrew to Crocidura trichura

• Helicteres sp. Glenluckie Creek (N.B.Byrnes 1280) to Helicteres macrothrix

• Hibbertia sp. Bankstown (R.T.Miller & C.P.Gibson s.n. 18/10/06) (a shrub) to Hibbertia puberula subsp. glabrescens

• Huperzia carinata to Phlegmariurus carinatus

• Huperzia dalhousieana to Phlegmariurus dalhousieanus

• Huperzia filiformis to Phlegmariurus filiformis

• Huperzia lockyeri to Phlegmariurus lockyeri

• Huperzia marsupiiformis to Phlegmariurus marsupiiformis

• Huperzia squarrosa to Phlegmariurus squarrosus

• Huperzia tetrastichoides to Phlegmariurus tetrastichoides

• Pristis microdon Freshwater sawfish to Pristis pristis
