Amendment to the list of threatened species under section 178 of the
Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 (138)

I, DEBRA JAYNE CALLISTER-CARTER, delegate for the Minister for Sustainability, Environment, Water, Population and Communities, pursuant to section 184(1)(d) of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 (Cth), hereby amend the list referred to in section 178 of that Act by:

  • updating the name of the listed species Oreoporanthera petalifera to
    Poranthera petalifera

  • updating the name of the listed species Eremophila sp. Rainbow Valley (T.S.Henshall 1181) to Eremophila prostrata

  • updating the name of the listed species Patiriella vivipara to Parvulastra vivipara
