Amendment to the list of threatened species under section 178 of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 (121)

I, Tony Burke, Minister for Sustainability, Environment, Water, Population and Communities, pursuant to section 184(1) of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 (Cth), hereby amend the list referred to in section 178(1) of that Act by:

including in the critically endangered category in the list:

• Caladenia lodgeana

• Galium antarcticum

• Corybas sulcatus

including in the endangered category in the list:

• Grevillea corrugata

including in the vulnerable category in the list:

• Pomaderris pilifera subsp. talpicutica

transferring from the vulnerable category to the endangered category in the list:

• Dichanthium queenslandicum

• Eucalyptus alligatrix subsp. limaensis

• Homoranthus decumbens

transferring from the endangered category to the vulnerable category in the list:

• Hypocalymma longifolium
