Amendment to the list of threatened species under section 178, 181 and 183 of the
Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 (Cth) (163)

I, GEOFF RICHARDSON, delegate for the Minister for the Environment, under section 184(1) (d) of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 (Cth), amend the list referred to in section 178 of that Act by updating the names of the listed threatened species:

Acacia sp. Graveside Gorge (V.J.Levitzke 806) to Acacia equisetifolia

Habenaria macraithii to Habenaria maccraithii

Pseudocharopa lidgbirdi (Mount Lidgbird Charopid Snail) to Pseudocharopa ledgbirdi

Thalassarche nov. sp. Pacific Albatross to Thalassarche bulleri platei
