Amendment to the list of threatened species under section 178, 181 and 183 of the
Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 (Cth) (166)

I, GEOFF RICHARDSON, delegate for the Minister for the Environment, under section 184(1) (d) of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 (Cth), amend the list referred to in section 178 of that Act by updating the names of the listed threatened species:

Canarium acutifolium var. acutifolium to Canarium acutifolium

Eucalyptus rhodantha var. rhodantha to Eucalyptus rhodantha

Spyridium sp. Little Desert (N.G.Walsh 4767) Vic Herbarium to Spyridium furculentum
