Amendment to the list of threatened species made under sections 178 and 184 of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 (223)

I, SUSSAN LEY, Minister for the Environment, under sections 184(a), 184(b) and 184(c) of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999, amend the list of threatened species made under section 178 of that Act by:

(1)  Including the following species to the list in the Critically Endangered category:

·     Acacia dangarensis

·     Pomaderris walshii

·     Zieria odorifera subsp.warrabahensis

(2)  Transferring the following species in the list from the Endangered category to the Critically Endangered category:

·     Zieria buxijugum

(3)Including the following species in the list in the Vulnerable category:

·     Grevillea raybrownii

·     Helichrysum calvertianum

(4)Removing the following species from the list from the Endangered category:

·     Cajanus mareebensis

This instrument commences the day after registration.
