Amendment to the list of threatened species, ecological communities and key threatening processes under section 178, 181 and 183 of the
Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 (Cth) (131)

I, GEOFF RICHARDSON, delegate of the Minister for the Environment under section 184(1)(d) of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 (Cth), amend the list referred to in section 178, 181 and 183 of that Act by:

deleting from the list in the endangered category

Bertya tasmanica (Tasmanian Bertya)

including in the list in the endangered category

Bertya tasmanica subsp. tasmanica

This instrument is taken to have commenced on 13 May 2005.
