Amendment to the list of migratory species under section 209 of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999

I, JOSH FRYDENBERG, Minister for the Environment and Energy, pursuant to section 209(1)(b) of the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999, hereby amend the list referred to in section 209(3)(c) of that Act by:

Removing from the list:

Acrocephalus arundinaceus

Anas clypeata

Calidris alpina

Calidris minuta

Charadrius hiaticula

Tryngites subruficollis

This instrument will commence on the day after it is registered on the Federal Register of Legislative Instruments.
