Regulations under the Workmen's Compensation

Ordinance 1931-1938.*

A M E N D M E N T O F T H E W O R K M E N ' S C O M P E N S A T I O N

R E G U L A T I O N S .

1. Regulation 9A of the Workmen's Compensation Regulations is

amended—

(a) by omitting in sub-regulation (1.) the words " Every insurer approved by the Minister fcr the purposes of the Ordi- nance shall, not later than the thirty-first day of Ju ly " and inserting the words " Every employer shall, not later than the thirtieth day of September " ; and

(b) by omitting in sub-regulation (2.) the word " i n s u r e r " and

inserting the word " employer ".

2. Form D in the Schedule to the Workmen's Compensation

Regulations is amended—

(a) by omitting the words " the furnishes the

Authorised by the ACT Parliamentary Counsel—also accessible at

, following return in respect of insurances effected by employers " and inserting the words " the following return is furnished in respect of insurances effected " ;

(b) by omitting the words " N a m e of i n su re r " ; and

(c) by omitting the words " Secretary or Manager of the

Insurer " and inserting the words " Employer or Agent.".
