I, ROBERT JAMES ELLICOTT, the Minister of State for the Capital Territory, hereby make the following Regulation under the Remand Centres Ordinance 1976.

AMENDMENT OF THE REMAND CENTRES REGULATIONSt

Regulation 4 of the Remand Centres Regulations is amended by omitting from paragraph (2) (b) "by a detainee or another custodial officer ".
