AMENDMENT OF T H E P U B L I C H E A L T H (SALE OE FOOD

AND DRUGS) R E G U L A T I O N S .

After regulation 106 of the Public Health (Sale of Food and

Drugs) Regulations the following regulation is inserted :—

" 1 0 6 A . — (1.) In any proceedings under these Regulations against ETideu

any person, the presence on or in his premises of any food or drug shall be "prima facie evidence that the food or drug is in his possession for sale and that he has ex-posed or offered that food or drug for sale.".
