A M E N D M E N T OF T H E PUBLIC H E A L T H (SALE OF FOOD
AND DRUGS) R E G U L A T I O N S .

After regulation 95 of the Puhlic Health (Sale of Food and Drugs)

Regulations the following regulation is inserted :—

" 95A. The licensee of any premises licensed under the Lit/nor Waste

Ordinance 1929-1938 shall cause a fixed tray to be provided under the

receptacles of ale and

outlet of any ale or beer pump installed in the bar-room of the premises, beer pump*
for the purpose of receiving ale or beer which drips from the pinup or to be
connected
is spilt or overflows, in the course of serving ale or beer to the public, with sewerage
such tray to be connected and kept connected, to the satisfaction of an system.
