hereby make the following Regulation.

A M E N D M E N T O F T H E P U B L I C H E A L T H (SALE O F F O O D
A N D D R U G S ) R E G U L A T I O N S .

1. Regulation 65 of the Public Health (Sale of Food and Drugs) itinerant Regulations is amended by omitting sub-regulation (1.) and inserting n̂dore™ in its stead the following sub-regulation:—

" (1.) A person shall not sell ice-cream from a vehicle or have
ice-cream on a vehicle under his control for the purpose of sale, unless—

(a ) he is the holder of a valid licence issued by the Director-

General to sell ice-cream from a vehicle; and

(b) the ice-cream is contained in a cardboard or similar con- tainer in which it was packed at the place of manu- facture.".
