Regulation under the Public Health Ordinance 1928-1975.*

I, D O U G L A S N I X O N E V E R I N G H A M , the Minister of State for Heal th, hereby

make the following Regulation under the Public Health Ordinance 1928-1975.

A M E N D M E N T OF THE PUBLIC H E A L T H ( S A L E OF FOOD AND D R U G S ) REGULATIONS!

After regulation 4 of the Public Hea l th (Sale of Food and Drugs ) Regula­

t ions the following regulat ion is inse r ted :—
" 4 A . F o o d consisting of fish, crustaceans, molluscs, fish products or canned fish, shall he deemed to b e adulterated if it contains more than one-half of a part of mercu ry calculated as the metal of mercu ry per million parts of fish, crustaceans or molluscs, as the case may be." .
