tions is amended by adding at the end thereof the following sub- '
regulations:—

" (2.) A person shall not deposit, or cause or permit to he deposited any rubbish or organic refuse (including human excrement) in the Cotter River Catchment Area otherwise than in an approved receptacle. " (3.) Nothing in the last preceding sub-regulation interferes with

or restricts the grazing or depasturing of animals.

"' (i.) In this regulation ' the Cotter River Catchment Area ' means
the area described in the First Schedule to the Cotter Hirer Ordinance
1914-1938.".
