Amendment of the Public Baths Regulations (ACT)

Regulations under the Public Baths Ordinance 1931-1936.

1931-1936, hereby make the following Regulations.

1. Regulation 10 of the Public Baths Regulations is amended— charges for

(a) by omitting from sub-regulation (1.) the symbols and figures appearing in the column " Use of Locker" and inserting in their stead the following:—

" £ s. d.

0 0 3 per day

or

0 5 0 per annum

0 0 3 per day

or

0 5 0 per annum " ;

(b) by inserting in sub-regulation (4.) after the word "towel"

Authorised by the ACT Parliamentary Counsel—also accessible at

(second occurring) the word's " or locker " ;

(c) by omitting from sub-regulation (5.) the words " any earlier day" and inserting in their stead the words " any day prior to that day " ; and

(d) by omitting from sub-regulation (5.) the words "any subse-

quent day " and inserting in their stead the words " any

day prior to or subsequent to that day ". «
