Regulation under the Public Baths Ordinance

1931-1940.

I J O S E P H S I L V E R COLLINGS, the Minister of State for the , Interior, in pursuance of the powers conferred by the Public

Baths Ordinance 1931-1940 hereby make the following Regulation.

A M E N D M E N T OF T H E P U B L I C B A T H S R E G U L A T I O N S .

Regulation 5 of the Public Baths Regulations is amended by offences

inserting after paragraph ( / ) the following paragraphs:—

" (ff) by forcible or improper means, compels any other person to

enter the water in the swimming pool;

(h) goes upon a spring board whilst any other person is on

that springboard; or

( t ) climbs on any portion of the steel framework supporting a springboard, other than the ladder provided for the purpose of approaching the springboard,".
