A M E N D M E N T OF T H E P U B L I C B A T H S R E G U L A T I O N S . !

Regulation 10 of the Public Baths Regulations is repealed and the

following regulations are inserted in its stead:—

"10 .—(1 . ) Subject to this regulation, the charge for admission to charges for

public baths shall be in accordance with the following table:— admission.

" (2.) The charge for admission to public baths for a school child

in charge of a teacher shall be three pence.

" (3.) A charge shall not be made for the admission to public

baths of a child who has not attained the age of five years.
