1. The First Schedule to the Motor Vehicle (Third Party Insurance) Regulations is amended by omitting Part II and inserting in its stead the following Part:— Firs t

2. The premium rates set out in the last preceding regulation apply
to and in relation to all policies and renewals of policies issued in respect
