Regulation under the Motor Traffic

Ordinance 1936-1955.

Traffic Ordinance 1936-1955, hereby make the following Regulation.

A M E N D M E N T O F T H E M O T O R O M N I B U S R E G U L A T I O N S . \

Regulation 3 of the Motor Omnibus Regulations is repealed and the

following regulation inserted in its stead:—

" 3 . — (1.) Except as provided by the next succeeding sub-regula- Application of

the property of the Commonwealth or to the drivers and conductors omnibuses,
of those omnibuses.

" (2.) Divisions 1 and 2 of Pa r t IV. , and regulations 94 and 96, of these Regulations apply to and in relation to omnibuses the property of the Commonwealth and to the drivers and conductors of those omnibuses.".
