The Marketable Securities Regulations are amended by adding at the end

thereof the following regula t ion:—
" 5. Each of the following corporations is an authorized trustee corporat ion

lor the purposes of the definition of ' authorized trustee corporat ion ' in sub-section

(1 ) of section 5 of the O r d i n a n c e : —
