Regulations under the Liquor Ordinance 1929-1943.
I JOSEPH SILVEE COLLINGS, the Minister of State for the Interior, in pursuance of the powers conferred by the IAqiwr Ordinance 1929-1943, hereby make the following- Eegulations.

A M E N D M E N T OF T H E LIQUOR E E G U L A T I O N S .
After regulation 2 of the Liquor Regulations the following regula-
tions and Schedule arc added :—
" o.— (1.) The returns to be made by a licensee under section 36 Form of return
of the Liquor Ordinance 1929-1943 shall be in accordance with Form purchased.
A in the Schedule to these Eegulations.
" (2.) Where the return relates—
((/) to an application for renewal of a licence—the return sliall be in respect of the period of twelve months ending on the thirty-first day of October in the year in which the return is made and shall be furnished to the Registrar not later than the twenty-first day of November in that

year ; and (7J) to an application for a transfer of a licence—the return shall be in respect of the period commencing on the first day of November next preceding the date of the applica- tion and ending on that date and shall be furnished to the Registrar not later than seven days after that date.
4. The returns to be made by suppliers of liquor under section foita ofretun
37 of the Liquor Ordinance 1929-1943 sliall be in accordance with Form UquOT̂ F the Liquor Ordinance 1929-1943 sh B in the Schedule to these Regulations.

who or which sold such various kinds of liquor,
are set out in the following Table: —

Pursuant to section 37 of the Liquor Ordinance 1929-1943, 1, the delegate >of the Minister for the Interior, hereby require you to furnish to me, in accordance with the table hereunder and within twenty-one days from the date of this notice, particulars of all sales of liquor to licensees under that Ordinance during the period of twelve months immediately preceding the date of this notice.
