Ordinance 1929-1951, hereby make the following Eegulation.

AMENDMENT OF THE LIQUOR REGULATIONS.

The Schedule to the Liquor Eegulations is amended by omitting The schedule

Form A and inserting in its stead the following Form :—

" FORM A.

Section 30.

AUSTRALIAN CAPITAL TERRITORY.

IAquor Ordinance 1929-1951.

RETURN OF LIQUOR PURCHASED.

1, , being the holder of a Licence in respect of
licensed premises known as . do hereby certify that—

(a) the gross quantity of liquor purchased by me in respect of the said

licensed premises during the period which commenced on the

day of , 19 , and ended
on the day of , 19 , (both
dates inclusive) ;

(6) the amount paid or payable therefor, including any duties thereon;

(c) the gross quantity of each of the various kinds of liquor so purchased,

and the amount paid or payable therefor; and

(d) the names and addresses of the persons, firms or companies from

whom the purchases were made,

are set out in the following Table: —
