Regulation under the Legislative Assembly Ordinance 1936-1974.*

I, GORDON MUNRO BRYANT, the Minister of State for the Capital Territory, hereby make the following Regulation under the Legislative Assembly Ordinance 1936-1974.

AMENDMENT OF THE LEGISLATIVE ASSEMBLY (ELECTION) REGULATIONS -! -

Regulation 57 of the Legislative Assembly (Election) Regulations is

amended—

(a)	by omitting from paragraph (1) (ba) the word "eight" and substi­ tuting the figure " 9 ";
(b)	by omitting from sub-regulation (1A) the word "eighth" and sub­ stituting the word " ninth "; and
(c)	by omitting from sub-regulation (1B) the word "eighth" and sub­ stituting the word " ninth ".
