A M E N D M E N T OP T H E L E A S E S R E G U L A T I O N S 1929.

Regulation 3 of the Leases Regulations 1929 is amended by inserting Definitions,

after the definition of " Returned Soldier " the following definition:—

" ' The Minister ' includes a person to whom the Minister has, in

pursuance of section 12c of the Seat of	Government
(Administration)	Act 1910-1947, delegated his powers and

functions under the Ordinance.".
