1-, Commonwealth, hereby make the following Regulation under the

Juries Ordinance 1932-1951.

A M E N D M E N T OF T H E J U R I E S F E E S R E G U L A T I O N S . !

Regulation 2 of the Juries Fees Regulations is repealed and the

following regulation inserted in its stead:—

" 2. The rates of compensation to be paid to a person who, having Fu

been summoned in pursuance of a precept, has attended the Supreme Court, whether he has actually served upon a jury or not, are as follows:—

£ s. d.

For each day of attendance not exceeding four hours

from time of attending . . . . . . 1 7 0

For each day of attendance of more than four hours,

up to three days . . . . . . . . 2 8 0

For the fourth and every subsequent day's attendance

of more than four hours . . . . 2 14 0

Travelling expenses for each mile of distance in excess

of three miles between the juror's residence and the

Court (each way, and once for each day only) . . 1 0 " .
