A, Health, in pursuance of the powers conferred by the Canberra

Community	Hospital	Ordinance 1938-1941, hereby make the following
Regulation.

R E G U L A T I O N S .

Regulation 16 of the Hospital Board Election Regulations is Application of

(a) by omitting from paragraph (b) of the proviso the word Regulations.

" and " (last occurring) ; and

(b) by adding at the end thereof the following paragraph :—

" a n d

(d) nothing in this regulation shall be construed as applying the provisions of paragraph (c) of section seventy-three of the Commonwealth Electoral -Vet, of paragraph (b) of sub- regulation (3.) of regulation 4 and of sub- regulation (3.) of regulation 29 of the Advisory Council Election Regulations to the nomination of candidates for election under these Regula- tions."
