Amendment of the Garbage Regulations (ACT)

Regulations under the Building and Services

Ordinance 1924-1938.

H A T T I L S P E N C E R FOLL, Minister of State for the Interior,

in pursuance of the powers conferred by the Building and Services

Ordinance 1924-1938, hereby make the following Regulation.

A M E N D M E N T O F T H E GARBAGE R E G U L A T I O N S .

After regulation 5 of the Garbage Regulations the following

regulations are inserted :—

" 5 A . Notwithstanding anything contained in the last preceding Garden refuse,

regulation, the occupier of any premises shall not deposit garden refuse

in a receptacle provided in pursuance of these Regulations.

" 5B. Dpon payment by the occupier of any premises of a fee at Fee for

ihe rate of Five shillings for each cubic yard of garden refuse, the garden revise,	[inister may arrange for the removal of that refuse from those
premises."
